Loneliness presses down on me,
Like darkness upon light at night.
Thoughts of you consume my mind, my heart
My body, my soul, my entire being.
Memories of us,
Burn inside me like fire--
Warming me up on the coldest nights--
Comforting me in the dark--
Keeping me alive.
You are my life fire
And forever will never be long enough,
To overcome this love.
